With the promise of daily cat photos, the Instagram account titled “Cats by the Bay” documents the lives of the felines of Pacific Grove. The cat-obsessed owners of the account post their own pictures and those submitted by PGHS students. These pictures feature Piki and Smallzies, some of the regular subjects.
