PACIFIC GROVE, CA一In an effort to reduce wasteful water practices, the Pacific Grove City Council has crafted new legislation to curb toilet usage. “I’m afraid citizens of our fair town will have to just hold it until they reach one of the designated daily urination hours,” explained Mayor Bill Kampe. One outspoken critic of the new measure, Cletis Passwater, publicly stated his opposition to the movement: “The Council’s decision is completely unrealistic and, frankly, tyrannical.” Passwater left City Hall visibly flushed.
